* standalone/common/cdl_exec.cxx: Generate Cygwin text-mode mounts explicitly since text-mode is no longer the default. * standalone/wxwin/runtestsdlg.cpp: Use the rich edit control under Windows to eliminate a 64k limit on the length of text in the test output window and make the window read-only.
