* include/cyg_types.h: fixed typo, __GNU_PATCHLEVEL__ was checked, should be __GNUC_PATCHLEVEL__ (which is already used later) * include/cyg_types.h: fixed comment for CYGBLD_ATTRIB_USED, wrong GCC version was referenced
