* devs/serial/arm/aim711/current/cdl/ser_arm_aim711.cdl: Implement
CYGPKG_IO_SERIAL_ARM_AIM711_S3C4510 and CYGPKG_IO_SERIAL_ARM_AIM711_16X5X
as CDL components rather than packages. [ patch from Roland Cassebohm ]
